Hello, my name is Anita Serbanescu, and I have an MBA and a MNBA in non-profit administration from North Park University in Chicago. I am a mother of 4 wonderful kids, I have started and been running my own business, and I have the strength and the belief that I can make you as successful as you wish to be.
As your counselor, I will be guiding you through five key areas. We will be working together so you have the power to keep going on on your own, without my help down the line. You will become an independent business expert.
The 5 areas depend on your needs, the type of business you have, and your goals. The key areas are: 1) Sales; 2) Marketing and Advertising; 3) Team Building and Recruitment; 4) Systems and Business Development; and 5) Customer Service.

Being a mother of 4, my schedule was pretty tight around the clock. I could not find a job to work around my schedule, so I opened my own business to continue to give back and support my dream of helping others, this time on my clients' schedule. I graduated from North Park University in Chicago with a B.A. in Psychology, and continued in business, getting an MBA and a MNA (non-profit). My passion is to help others and to know I have made a difference in their life. Having a business as well as a non-profit organization is the best job in my life.
My goal is to help small business owners, such as yourself, spend less time working in your business and more time working on your business. In the end, you'll be spending less total time working and will be making more money. I’d also like to help you put the FUN back in your business and your life.
As a small business owner myself, I know what it is like to worry about the day-to-day survival of the business and making the amount of money needed to run my business and personal life. I understand what it’s like to put in long hours and wonder what happened to the dreams and vision I had for my life and future.
I am here to help you change all of that. We will work together to redefine your dreams and vision, and then we will put into place the necessary systems, strategies, and tactics that will allow you to turn your business venture into a thriving, successful one.
